All valid but you missed 2 vital factors that eliminates a large part of your post and in turn would suggest that the process will be quicker. Pred furnished the sec with an extensive form 10 and had it approved just 4 weeks ago. The listing process is not more in-depth than the sec process and given that process was cleared then it’s sensible to think that this exact same information (already gathered and presented to SEC standard) has been used by the company and Nasdaq thus shortening what would be a very long and arduous process.

The other element that you missed is that this process is being handled by the ex president and chief counsel of nasdaq and as such they know the people involved and how to present the required material to maximum effect.
