Bruce treated people like valid and valuable team members. The company is now in the control of a group that sees their employees as chattel nothing but a pair of arms that can be replaced by a robot. The thing the corporate types do not understand is that robots do not buy your product, employees will. Robots do not tell their friends how awesome your company is, happy people will. Bruce was investing in the future of the company so it will thrive for years by building a culture of support and co operation. The new guys are just looking for a quick buck. They do not have the wit to understand what gains you make when you share. It is what corporate america has become and by default what the mindset of americans has become. A rising tide will lift all boats. A greedy owner will take the last crumb from his employee then fire him for not giving enough. This sadly seems to be the new american way and that bleeds across the planet.

I have yet to hear from the brass at acreage or constellation what they are going to do next and that is very concerning. They buy a business built on a vision and then boot the visionary. Not the most brilliant move lol!
