There are many factors to consider when investing. This happens to be one sub penny that actually owns assets, hospitals.

Problems were inherited. Those are being resolved. Once up and running, cash flow will not be an issue. Delays in reporting regularly occur when a company is dealing with new acquisitions and rapid growth. Accuracy of the reporting is key.

RS may or may not happen. If it does, it will probably open this up to more investors than sub penny players. Either way, value will remain equalized. From there, we could see buyouts, bailouts or simple organic growth.

Think about it....some of the hospitals are the only available in that area. Does anyone really think any closure will last one way or the other?
