During the year ended December 31, 2017 and thereafter to the filing date of this Annual Report, the Company
issued its common stock in the following instances:
In connection with the Exchange, the Company issued an aggregate of 37,798,180 shares of the Company’s
common stock were issued to the holders of Syntrol in exchange for their common stock of Syntrol.
In connection with a share exchange agreement, the Company issued an aggregate of 5,000,000 shares of the
Company’s common stock were issued to the holders of Crypto Partners in exchange for their common stock of
Crypto Partners.
In connection with the Settlement, AEC has agreed to return to us, for cancellation, the 6,000,000 of our shares
