With the new IR, I still do not trust the company. I realize that there is need for "funds" to make the company run and be successful, but that should be announced PRIOR to the dilution and a specific amount decided upon. Then shareholders can choose to stay with the company or leave, as this was - it was just deceitful. I personally do not believe they have $9M in revenue, I know they released a PR, but take note EXPECTED does not mean it will happen. Just like they released a PR saying the 10K will be released May 15, and then shortly (or soon).... and we see how it never happened yet.

I have filed several complaints at FinRA (the poor person reading my complaints...). The tool is not straightforward but you can get through it. My belief is if we have enough complaints, FinRA will investigate. Once FinRA gets on the phone with Chris or Tim and they finish shitting their pants, then we will see the 10K pretty fast - or we will find out whether it is fraud or not.

I encourage those who feel this is gone to far and there is some nefarious activity happening to file complaints. If you do not feel that way, then by all means, ignore my badgering threads.

I seriously, seriously, hope for the best in this - a lot of people put a lot of money and trust into FLES and all they did was shit all over them. Good luck to everyone!
