No, the total purchase price was $4.34M and all of it was paid up front. That was the total deal, and there's nothing more coming, and not one shred of evidence there ever was.

Ignore that passage from the 6th monitor's report if that provides comfort prior to losing 100% of an investment, but it has been described clearly and directly what it means.
