Amendments of that magnitude are usually not allowed the Share base is fundamental and effects all the DD in process a simple amendment for something like that will not fly... I personally believe if they are going to change the share structure it would be far more prudent after they get approval and the signing is complete... based on sello's DD I am not convinced they will have to expand the AS... with their ability to generate revenue it is far more likely they do a buy back or even a small R/s. I consider all this speculation mute with out the final DD... Buy now hold for pennies is my plan.
