If people spend the time to read the disclosures in the past they will find that $800k and 200,000 shares were issue which equites more than the over all 20% of the deal cost. We are making efforts toward the purchase, as well as getting an equity line from K&J is to position for us to get funding to close. Being in OTC is not easy to get funding and SEC has not been kind to broker dealers who’s accepting deals listed on OTC. Deals and revenue are deal. Getting funding is hard but not impossible. No one would be crazy enough to fake these rev."
