We need to gain more market share before this happens. I have A feeling that the big boys like Coke, Pepsi, Starbucks etc... will be trying to get in the business once the FDA regulates it. That could spell doom for VATE without enough exposure. On the other side if we have relevance in the marketplace we could be a prime buyout target from said larger companies once FDA regulations are in place.
