The index will most likely be licensed to multiple exchanges once word gets out. The indices provider (aka LGBT Loyalty Holdings Inc.) has the right to license the index to multiple exchanges so .50 basis points at 40m AUM is $200K for on one exchange.

If this ETF can do $500M AUM, that’s 2.5 mil for each exchange the index is licensed to.

But that is only revenue from the Index. Other revenue will be coming from the Sponsorship and Loyalty programs.
