So they paid an “upfront” purchase price, not a “full amount” for a bunch of stuff. I’d say that 4.3 million is about the right amount for what they’ve received.

Anyone know when that material list will be used? I have an idea considering there is a billion dollar investment coming. Wasn’t that supposed to be in the spring?
