I think read somewhere that he’s putting together a payment processing system for the licensed medical marijuana dispensaries in Florida.

He (Costello) said at the time that he only initiated the meeting with state regulators as a courtesy because the law governing processing of payments is Federal.

Smart man, knows how to keep State regulators happy and in the loop. Getting business credibility with the state regulators can only bring mutual respect in their future and further business relationships.
