HMPQ CEO could-RETIRE 2 BBBBillion shares ANY-DAY now because that's how many HMPQ common shares he owns? (common shares = 'Class A Common Stock' in HMPQ's case?)

Wow?

Could you imagine the effect of going from 2.55 BBBBillion O/S to a mere 0.55 Billion O/S in the blink of an eye?

He has 2.1 BBBBillion, so canceling only 2.0 BBBBBillion would still leave him with a GARGANTUAN 100,000,000 shares?!? (ONE HUNDRED MILLION SHARES?!?)
