So I’m like 100 percent sure the new offering is about letting someone cover a short position while the prefunded warrants enable said hedge fund to take a position after covering if they so choose. That’s the only way someone makes money on the deal. Follow the money. Once again the only person making money is the hedge fund the company is feeding us to.
