If the issuer has not instructed the T/A to issue "newly issued restricted stock" as claimed, where is the stock coming from that is claimed to be "Rule 144 newly issued restricted stock"?

Affiliate stock? Ahmune that was enriched for $324,000 for providing David Foley's phone number? Box accounts(which is a Canadian tactic)?

Secondly, Rule 144 is a resale exemption, and "newly issued restricted stock" is issued pursuant to an exemption, such as S. 4(2) or Reg D or Reg A as examples.

Who is the attorney on this issue. Fairly certain the SEC and his/her State Bar would like to know.
