I understand. Notice the lack of a response from the person asked.
Times have changed. Today's version of "exaggerated optimism and puffery" has been toned down quite a bit. But just the tone of it, not the substance.

The distinction between exaggerated optimism and puffery and "false PR's" is one that is worth making, especially from a legal standpoint.

But can it core A apple?
