Sounds like a rhetorical question if you ask me.

Two regulatory filings and I would like to believe Justin Costello didn't buy shares from a scam. Hopefully they have done their DD before buying into the company.

To each their own though. Believe whatever you're comfortable with. No one is asking you to invest here if you're concerned about the scam factor.
