Yes it does. I "may" take a position today, I may not. Keep your eye out for Wessal. If they surface, which they haven't, then the deal with them, presumably the cement deals, may also be real. Without them however, all you have is SAM. The lumbermill deal is prob gonna be called off due to PV's exit and suspicion over the terms of the deals. In any case it will be tied up longer!
