Not really, sometimes you stuck when the asks are always in walls by shorts, dilutions, whatever you want to call it, and tiny bids. This is far from true!!

And also "NO" the company is morally responsible to release ACCURATE information and ASSESSMENTS. It is not about retail. Some companies are so desperate to raise funds and they say anything to do so!!!!

If a company doesn't know what is the difference between running private business and public business, it is a serious issue.
