A truthful post in order to help....

I see so many mistakes being made, same

ones that I make & still make.. so here is what

I did today for sake of education :

Cerpq.... filings came out... at first I'm excited

I noticed series A and post early... then I look

at filings a 2nd time and read again & realize

22 million float.... which is a great low #, but I

was greedy & hoping for between 1 & 5 m...

so, in knowing the ups & downs of Lazar stcks

I decided to flip & set pre market limit sells

in .019 area.... I didn't figure on people

hyping/promoting (especially people with a

high following)... and it shot to upper .02s

oh well.... still think that cerpq will settle

To mid 1's again.... and I don't think people

should consider themselves stuck if they

Bought in mid to upper 2's... did I screw up

who knows? but I got out with a %70

profit & intend to buy back in the low to

mid ones..... again, above is no ones

business but mine... but I just wanted to

throw it out there in the hopes of somehow
