Between 05/10/2019 and 06/28/2019 just under 260 million shares were added onto the outstanding share count.
I cant say if anymore were added since then but we saw significantly higher volume then 260 million in that timeframe so I have reason to believe that some of the additional volume was old shareholders taking the opportunity to get out.

Once all the weak hands are done holding then we can move up with the correct news.

2.) PR releases
3.) Current status

So far good moves.
