1)EVIO only has wait to test THC affiliated cannabis until August. That suspension starts soon yes but allows EVIO Portland to test CBD products and hemp. EVIO Medford is COMPLETELY UNAFFECTED by suspension btw... Which is amazing. For anyone else that still fails to see this as a slap on the wrist bit of luck realize the bulk of THC harvest, even pre sample testing for major harvests, doesn’t really kick in until the suspension lift. EVIO negotiated one great settlement. Imo
2) you are correct in that no licenses for EVIO’s other OR locations were ever removed cancelled dropped or terminated by any Oregon regulatory agency. There are like three of them!
3) Whether or not the company made the right choice surrendering the licenses in question to optimize their efficiency In The state comes down to whether you believe in management still or not. That’s a salient issue these days ha!
