I'm not sure I understand.
Yours is one of the playbooks I learned from and direct folks who are new to read first.
This is still a custodianship stage not an RM.
It becomes an RM when documents are filed indicating such a change.
For a late stage custodian, given the real float (a significant number of these are not traded and held at much higher pps by folks from now defunct company), i think those buying here in anticipation of the RM are getting a deal.
