The interest in this company is so bad that I believe even when the name and ticker change comes out , it wont do nothing to the PPS. People are losing what little faith they had in VSHC management. Even when news hits

(if that happens anytime soon)it may not move the PPS much at all. When you drag your feet like they are, shareholders start to wonder what the heck is going on, and are leary of investing.
