Congratulations Sulja research/Ihub board team. I absolutely agree with what Fish said in his post. We need to keep digging as there are many unanswered questions. I have been labeled a basher but made clear in my post yesterday I bought 269,000 5 minutes before the close on 11/15! I have some questions and will continue to dig! It is ok to put your foot in the water just be carefull before you totally jump in! They do sell cement and we all know what has happened to our share price in the last week.
My questions please provide any answers and links and I will do the digging!
1. What state and when was the original Loftwerks, Inc. incorporated in? Wasn't around back then. When did Loftwerks do their original IPO?
2. What state is the private Loftwerks, Inc. that is still doing business incorporated in. Could it be Tennessee?
3. Does anyone have a link for Canadian corporations, specifially Ontario?

Remeber that Steve Sulja issued the PR about a 350 million cement deal that I believe most here would agree doesn't exist. He released the unaudited numbers for our company that I am pretty sure all here would agree aren't accurate of our company. Be careful not to try and recover all until the digging is complete and we have TRUE VERIFIABLE DD. Not just pump!

The is the first baby step in maybe saving this. Turned on my computer and read the first post I saw and went to the news and felt better for the first time in a week!
