You are right, all of the RUSHNET BS over several months about acquisitions, filings, partnerships, Government grants etc., all bald faced lies/cons protected by the Safe Harbor Statement to dupe the unwitting investors.
IMO, RUSHNET has been a scam since day one and has gotten worse since these con artists and their scheming cohorts hijacked the symbol.
Look at the history of the characters involved, red flags have been waving all along but there are many gullible people out there and plenty of con artists to pump a scam to enrich themselves.
I would hazard a guess that if these scammers tried to file with the SEC, they would be denied and probably trigger an investigation that would shut this scam down and the SEC to delist this symbol.
IMO the long bagholders last hope is the write off on their bad investment.
