Deal Guy - The agreement between LRS and ECOS is public information. Yes ECOS are not up to date with filings but that doesn't mean they aren't coming. The lack of information is frustrating, but what's more frustrating is stocks who issue pr's every 5 mins to inflate their stock price and dump more shares. ECOS is not doing that. I personally think they are quietly executing their plan, only time will tell.
