And there is the kick in the teeth. Most RS are 100 or 200. 60 still sucks, but this was coming, just took a little longer than I thought. Let's hope they hit the rest of the year hard. I'd actually take this over them just posting crap LOI and hand shakes. This literally could be the turn for MCOA. They can't do much with 5 billion OT. So even though it's bad on the RS and I never have anything good to say. I think this is the smartest play to turn MCOA around.
