Why would anyone wish death upon an organization but have zero invested?

Even short manipulators have an invested position. But all they want is price to tank at shareholders misery. Is that legal?

Seems like it would be a violation of antitrust laws, which would permit a class-action suit from company and its shareholders, imo.
