V your premise is not logical. If it was then Nasdaq would be up listing right to left you understand.

If: NYSE American is up listing cbd companies.
Then: Nasdaq is not up listing cbd companies.
Therefore: The FDA cannot be the reason for Nasdaq not up listing cbd companies.

The Wolf And Dr. Joong J. Fang have nullified your premise that Mona Jr. was the reason for CVSI not being up listed at this time. When and if other cbd companies get up listed and CVSI does not, we can then look at your premise at that time. But it is still open for argument. Thank you for your input.
