The reinstatement is not the major news it’s the confirmation that new management is following through with the plan laid out in the court document. Which is to bring the company current by July 5 then announce the merger company. The merger news is the real news.

Mergers are some if the best plays out there. If there is a big company coming in, it trumps the sell the news mentality
