Ski. I believe Discover did the company a favour but by doing so screwed us in the process. They company needed bankruptcy to transfer assets with out paying tax. BK aid the only way to do so. It’s just a crappy way to do things. Plus, they needed the cheap shares. Cheap cheap cheap.
