So no conversion as we expected. We remain in Chapter 11. Yippee!!! We got shortened sale and a new date to look forward to. Now let’s sell some Bert and other drugs for dirt cheap to our new partner ( Alexion ). Big Bonus is we remain owners of Ceplene. The drug that was never to be sold. How awesome is that. Loved this new filing / order by judge. In one giant swoop he said, “ screw it, I approve it all. Now get out of my face and begone with you.”
