This deal between LAHO and GSCG group will never get accomplished. Just found out that GSCG is no longer a registered business in Florida and neither is Lans Holdings. No such company at 801 Brickell Ave. in Miami for LAHO principle executive offices.

The management of LAHO must think investors just fell off a turnip truck somewhere.
