The way you say "all the LOI's that never closed", looks like you are talking about a dozen.

Do you know that until now Ezra negotiated only 6(six) LOI's, and from these 6 LOI's, 4 of them are closed? This is 66% of them.

Also, do you know that 2 of these LOI's are already part of RELI, and the other 2 already closed will be transferred to RELI after to finish the respective audits?

So only 2 LOI's are not closed. Yes, they are the big ones, but, they are also the most complex. They involve several owners and banks. And the banks need to approve the deal.

Also, part of the audit(2017) is already done. Did you read the news last week?

They are working on 2018, and the audits of the other acquired companies that Ezra explicitly said that they need to audit each one separately.

So I don't see why you are saying that LOI's will never close if he closed 4 out of 6.
