The Chronicles of an undisciplined spoiled child...
First ,because of careers of a wannabe drugdealer or to be a white (pink would be more appropriate, lol) rapper dreams fails
Spoiled brat tries his luck on a new career, wannabe daytrader/stock manipulator. And finally catches a break when illegally insider trades VNU*E and gets away with it
Then he tries the same luck! on another stock, IFLM, but his illegal stock trading/manipulating days cut short, by the time he learns the 1% rule (which one can only sell %1 of their position in every 3 months) it was already too late and he gets stuck
So, he starts panicking and asks help from others to save him from his stuck position.And trying to start manipulating using twitter diarrhea and throwing ridiculous $1.67 pompous numbers out there.
When seasoned traders realizes what kind of idiot child they are being victim of, they dump and leave in droves
Then the idiot child first try to discredit the new CEO Theo and trying to paint him as villain, which he is everything but.When this doesn't work , with help of his rookie lawyer, tries to delegitimize the voting power of A and AA preferred shrs. Of course as expected that failed too.
So, when he got pimp slapped left and right , his idiot rookie lawyer finally advises him to shut the funk up and buy out those so called "no voting power"(LOL) preferred shares while insulting and personally attacking the CEO who he needs to negotiate with.His lawyer must be like I'm dumb but this kid is even dumber than me and this is the easiest money I made.
Hey who knows , if they ever took over this company, they may shoot the "Dumb&Dumber Part-2" movie ,afterall this is a movie company, right.And movie will start with; "This movie is based on real events" :):):)
So, apparently Theo is making an example out of the spoiled brat, and rightfully so, which SEC may take over the "teaching a lesson" duty at anytime now
