The LDS announcement says "...TCAN northern California facility..." I can't find anything about any production in any document. Maybe somebody can help to find it....

Further on the document says "...TCAN-known cannabis brands...". There are no sales at all in any of the financial documents... Anybody know about these famous brands they sell? At least there seems to be not a single cent revenue out of that.

The Company’s CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, “We believe that the amalgamation of our two companies will ultimately yield a value greater than the current individual values of LDS and TCAN. ..."
The problem seems to be that TCAN has no value at all. 75000 $ cash, no brands, no sales, no revenues, 20c loss a share. They can't survive anyway...

It would be really nice to get a statement of Eckenweiler that shows the brands, the production and the revenues of TCAN to the shareholders.
