He has missed many timelines but has delivered in the end. I think he doesn’t delegate well and I think I know why. He has slowly replaced the bad eggs and is slowly trusting them but after what happened I don’t think he’s too keen on giving folks too long a leash. He’s in the middle of getting the company to where he wants it and I do think he will eventually do it. Probably not on time but he will deliver. He’s very ambitious as are his timelines. I have spoken to him about this issue and he admits it. He’s a very humble man and takes responsibility for everything every time. I have never gotten excuses from the man and I respect that about him. I have been here for 7 years and he has made progress. He’s also stuck it out and keeps working in the company. Military guys don’t quite and very few aren’t trustworthy. He’s one of the good ones but had a lot to learn. Probably still does but at least we are heading in the right direction.
