That is the million dollar question. I believe they are making sure they have everything properly lined up before any announcements, unfortunately the shareholders are taking a beating in the meantime. There is no doubt in my mind that there is more going on behind the scenes when you see clear information like this. Just my opinion. Which makes these days stress free for me because I'm not looking to flip this on 1 to 2 ticks. I believe in the near future this will be much higher than its current price.
