Do u really think penny stock stock prices are always a true indication of value? Maybe sometimes but often NOT due to manipulation. But from a long term fundamental view, that is why the stock is cheap if u handicap out some of the manipulation. A stretch, but when the stock price was higher, maybe it had some cbd beer valued in but since that may take some time as the FDA drags their feet, that value has slowly been let out of the balloon
