Highly diluted? Yes there has been some dilution happening, however O/S is probably still under 10M. When there are other stocks in the 100M+ share range I would call it diluting to a healthy tradeable share structure. If the O/S is too low there are not enough shares to trade healthy. Especially if longs are gripping their shares with a tight fist. If the O/S has increased to 10M, I personally own about 1% of the O/S. 100 more people like me and the entire float is locked up. Need available shares to trade for a run.
