I enhanced the exposure levels to see inside better. it looks like it has building supplies inside, boxes and racks or pallet of something. the scrap metal leaning against the outside is consistent with the materials used to build the the grow shelves shown inside the pod or framing. the brushed aluminum. it's really hard to say how much progress has been made, but there seems to be evidence of some inside modifications.
