My bet is an A/S increase first (while they still have the LOI scam running). More dilution to get some extra cash.
Then the LOI gets voided (I think in just a little over 20 days is what is left and I can't wait for the day to arrive). Then the stock plummets to to .0001 where it sits for a while and the classic R/S wash rinse and repeat.
HOPEFULLY the SEC steps in first after the LOI gets voided but they are so busy with all the other "great" stocks you never know when they might get around to halting it.
