I know no one wants to hear this but I THINK that this will not move up in a FUNDAMENTAL way until Q3 numbers are released. I know that sucks but if u r long term u don’t care. Q3 will be the first quarter with all of the Midwest ignoring Texas and California as those will become the FUNDAMENTAL rocket fuel numbers into q4 and 2020...JMO
