"we are looking at a company buyback of shares" = FULLY DENIABLE "forward-looking" blah blah

Or as Berman himself makes CLEAR:

"Of course these are just some ideas and nothing is set in stone"

But I'm sure he'll pull thru for LONGS as he has in the past...
