Considering of the fact that none of the officers and directors have nothing to sue for. D&O insurance is not required. Wyoming Corporate Revised Statutes has in place that as long as it is not criminal, the corporation indemnifies the officers and or directors.

Problem is (I have not worked in WY), but in my opinion they have to pay their respective legal fees and the company is to reimburse. But they have indemnity.

Therefore, for a bunch of broke dudes, the gang that cannot shoot straight, are okay, out side of criminal misconduct. So as long as HHSE has $24 million in assets (library) that can be sold to cover the legal exp.
