I understand your point and you have a strong case. If you notice the correspondence in the first plus + cbdoil application, it was examined before the Farm Bill and then cvsi corresponded with a new application and fee and then sent back to the examiner LIE. The non-final action is not final. We will see if cvsi wants to continue with the process. What confuses me is why the other trademarks applied before the Farm Bill were sent to the examiner were not sent a non/final action but the first plus + cbdoil application was and now is being published.
