Sleuth here is the pro + cbdoil trademark that too was refused for either being similar to an already existing trademark or one that is too being examined. Cvsi can send documents to dispute the examiners action for whatever reason necessary. Once again this trademark was examined on August 7,2018 and then again on June 24, 2019 before and after the Farm Bill was passed. US Serial number 88051068. Non-Final means they have 6 months to dispute the examiners claim of refusal. We will know in 6 months or less what cvsi intentions are. I will bet they will abandon pro + cbdoil, plus + hemp oil,the second plus + cbdoil trademarks. They will keep the first plus + cbdoil that has passed the muster and is being sent for publication. The New Harvest trademark application should have no problem being approved and sent for publication for opposition.
