After doing some DD, this guy the old WOGI CEO Hall resigned from everything on WOGI back on January 5, 2017.

I also was able to find out that the old CEO back in 2013 before he ever got involved with WOGI had his case reviewed for political corruption and after his case was review and accepted he received a full restoration of his rights so he could be able to hold public office, vote and be the CEO of a publically traded company on any stock market in the world. THOSE ARE THE FACTS!

It was also revealed in public documents that Mattew P Dwyer former CEO of BCAP and the current CEO GCGX Global Consortium Inc was the person who called FINRA and the SEC in attempts to have the old CEO Hall removed so he could try and steal WOGI back after the old CEO Hall paid Mattew P Dwyer of BCAP $330,000 thousand dollars on the fake debt Mattew P Dwyer put on WOGI to rip off shareholders and WOGI.

This is also confirmed in the BCAP filing of where Mattew P Dwyer admits that the old CEO Hall of WOGI paid him $330,000 dollars.

So who is the real criminal?
1. A man who used to work at the US Govt Top Secret facility -Site R and has an Honorable Discharge and is a US Army Service Connected Disabled Veteran and has worked around the world at very high levels who had his case reviewed for political corruption against him and after the review the government gave him his rights back.

2. A life long Stock Market CON MAN names Mattew P Dwyer who has years of scamming companies and shareholders for millions of dollars and settling his crimes for pennies on the dollar so it never goes on his criminal record.

The real life long CON Man who smiles in your face and rips you life-saving from you and then blames everyone else while he puts people into companies who have no idea what they're doing and vows to help them, all the while he is scamming everyone from the new stock owner to the shareholder and everyone in-between.

After he rips you off and he then tries to make you think he is the inside guy and will help you make your money back in another deal he is conjuring up and then offers you shares in that company only to put more scam shares in the market for you to allow him to trade for a commission through your trade account.
