I have had an offer to sell a fixed and "all-or-nothing" number of GERS shares for a few weeks now. The original offering price was 9.5¢ each, but last week, because no one bought them, I dropped the price down to only 9¢ each.

Please remember four facts.

1. This offer can be withdrawn at any time and without any notice,

2. If market conditions change, due to favorable rulings by the Appeals Court or other factors, I have the complete freedom as an individual investor to raise the selling price of these shares,

3. In the absence of any favorable rulings by the Appeals Court, this offer can be maintained at this price for a long time, and

4. These thousands of shares being offered for sale, currently priced at 9¢ each, are only part of the tens of thousands of shares that I own.
